About DICE Healthcare
DICE Healthcare is a nurse led home care provider that supports individuals in the local community within their own home. We deliver care, support and companionship to our clients with dignity within Mansfield, Ashfield and Newark and Sherwood. We can support with complex care needs through to simple tasks such as shopping and cleaning.
The company, headquartered in Mansfield was started in 2016 by Doreen and Stephanie. After working within various roles across the healthcare sector, including both being Registered Nurses before taking Managerial roles, they decided they could make a real impact to the lives of people within the local community if health and social care was combined by training their staff to deliver some clinical tasks to relieve pressures from the NHS.
Most home care organisations within the locality do not have clinical leads within their team, making this business different. The care team can undertake tasks such as tracheostomy care and oxygen therapy. We are also an approved provider for the NHS and Nottinghamshire County Council as well as privately funded clients.
In 2025 we have launched a new initiative called ‘caring after caring’. This service is for family members of loved ones that has sadly passed away whilst using our service. We open our event room up for refreshments, cakes and to encourage social interaction. We value our community and we know the importance of treating everyone with compassion, especially during difficult times.
